When you sell a plan.
By publishing or selling a plan on Plan WeGo, you agree to the following:
- Create useful, honest content. Your plan should provide helpful and accurate information, must not be deceptive or misleading, and must follow our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.
- Only share content you have permission to use. You may not post or sell someone else’s content, personal information, image, or likeness without the appropriate permission.
- Respect intellectual property rights. Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is not allowed.
- You keep ownership of your content. We do not claim ownership of the content you create. However, when you upload, publish, share, or sell content protected by intellectual property rights—such as photos or videos—you grant Plan WeGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, copy, publicly display, translate, and create derivative works from that content as needed to operate and promote the platform, consistent with your privacy and account settings. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, subject to any legal or technical retention requirements.
- Plan WeGo charges an 8% transaction fee. This fee is deducted from each plan sale. Your remaining proceeds are deposited into your connected Stripe account on a monthly basis.
- Purchased plans are for the buyer’s use only. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce a plan they purchase through Plan WeGo.
